Our client an International Architectural And design practice with over 20 offices world wide and having just opened their latest office in the Philippines are now looking to hire an Architect/Business Development Manager.
Developing relationships with existing and new clients in the Asian Pacific region so that relevant and realistic tender enquiries for work are received.
Identifying new leads in design and construction with relevant clients / customers
Working closely with existing directors and agents in, Malaysia and Vietnam.
Maintaining contact information and discussions so that activities are visible to all our directors and agents.
Primarily concentrate on Hong Kong, Singapore, Vietnam, Philippines, Malaysia. Thereafter other Asian countries and Australia / New Zealand.
Prime targets for work.
Prepare marketing submissions, and documentation for prequalifications and tenders
Prepare fee proposals for work in conjunction with the Directors as required.
